Freedom is NOT a joke!

A few months back, the group known as Anonymous posted a video called "Message to the American people." Many took it as a creepy joke, they watched it and laughed, thinking this group is crazy! However, the NDAA (The National Defense Authorization Act) Is quite real, and very scary!

According to RiLiberty.com Section 1021 of the 2012 NDAA repeals the doctrine of Posse Comitatus by allowing the military to exercise a policing function within the United States. It authorizes the President to designate as an 'enemy combatant' any U.S. Citizen or legal alien the President determines supports al-Qaeda, the Taliban, or any other terrorist forces. Section 1021 is unclear and it is subject to abuse, because is applies to vague 'substantial support' for undefined 'associated forces'

This also gives the President authorization to dispose of such citizen and legal alien 'enemy combatants' according to the Law of War, including:

  • Indefinite detention without charge, or trail until the end of hostilities
  • Prosecution through military commission or
  • Transfer to a foreign country or foreign entity.
The NDAA for fiscal year 2012 was signed into United States Law on December 31, 2011 By President Barack Obama. The Act authorizes $662 billion  in funding, among other things "for the defense of the United States and its interests abroad." In a signing statement, President Obama described the Act as addressing national security programs, Department of Defense health care costs, counter-terrorism within the U.S. and abroad, and military modernization. The Act also imposes new economic sanctions against Iran (section 1045), commissions reviews of the military capabilities of countries such as IranChina, and Russia, and refocuses the strategic goals of NATO towards energy security.

Forbes quoted President Obama saying; “The fact that I support this bill as a whole does not mean I agree with everything in it, I have signed this bill despite having serious reservations with certain provisions that regulate the detention, interrogation and prosecution of suspected terrorists.”

So, Mr. President, if you don't agree with everything in the bill, then why sign it?

Overall, the National Defense Authorization Act, is Unconstitutional, Our Founding Fathers, drafted the Constitution, to make sure we continued to be One Nation Under God, With LIBERTY and JUSTICE for ALL!!

It's the law..

When you look up laws in your state, you always see, a few quite unusual laws. I'm sure you've wondered why, that law was passed! What if you break that law, will you actually be arrested for it? Will you go to jail? Could you really get into that much trouble for not wearing enough clothes, or using the wrong kind of salt? Here are some of the outrageous, and unusual laws, that you could possibly getting a lot of trouble for!

In Alabama, you could get the death penalty for putting salt on a railroad track!

In Fairbanks, Alaska, god forbid, you should feed your moose alcohol

In Tuscon, Arizona. It is illegal for women to wear pants.. So, it's ok to wear nothing?

Ladies don't flirt with any men on the street of Little Rock, Arkansas. Same for you men, don't flirt with any ladies, you could go to jail for 30 days, if caught?  So let me get this straight, I wink at a good looking guy, I could go to jail for a month. However, if I wink at another female, I'm safe! GOT IT

Next time you visit, Pacific Grove, California, be careful with how you handle any butterflies! Get caught molesting one, that will cost you a fine of $500!

In Wichita, it is illegal to carry a concealed bean snapper. Carry a spatula instead!

When in Kentucky, if you are drunk, and trying to act sober, hold on tight to the ground once you let go... You are officially drunk!

In Boston, it is illegal to take a bath unless one has been ordered by a physician to do so. The state also outlawed Christmas in 1659.

Under Michigan state law, dentists are officially classified as mechanics. So can he change my oil and rotate my tires, while I wait?

In Nevada it is illegal to drive a camel on the highway! However an Elephant may be ok!

In Raton, NM it is illegal for a woman to ride horseback down a public street with a kimono on.

In Charlotte, women must have their bodies covered by at least 16 yards of cloth at all times. Jesus!

Meanwhile in Pennsylvania: Any motorist who sights a team of horses coming toward him must pull well off the road, cover his car with a blanket or canvas that blends with the countryside, and let the horses pass. If the horses appear skittish, the motorist must take his car apart, piece by piece, and hide it under the nearest bushes.

In Memphis, it is illegal for a woman to drive by herself; a man must walk or run in front of the vehicle, waving a red flag in order to warn approaching pedestrians and motorists.'

A recently passed anticrime law, in Texas requires criminals to give their victims 24 hours notice, either orally or in writing, and to explain the nature of the crime to be committed.

So next time you travel, make sure you break these laws! Let's see what happens :-)
